who passed away on 18th October 2018 aged 85 years would like to thank all of the people who helped her, and us, in her last days with us and on her passing. Thank you to the very professional staff of the Queensland Ambulance Service, Gladstone District Hospital(with very special thanks to the doctors and nursing staff in Ward 1 and the Palliative Care Unit), Ozcare and final to the staff of Gladstone Valley Funerals. Thank you also to all of Beryls friends, many of whom travelled long distances to be here, for their kind words and thoughts over this very sad time and also to the staff and members of the Gladstone Memorial Bowls Club for their support and assistance in celebrating Beryls life and for their flag tribute to her. R.I.P to a great wife, mother, grandma, great grandma and friend.
