Yoga Inspired Life Coaching may be a fit for you when you know you were meant to do something "more" and just can't figure out what that is.
You're tired of struggling and want to get out of the meaningless cycle - in other words, you want tools that will empower you to create a purposeful, inspired and peaceful life.
Truth is not only the ability to know, evaluate and say what you really think, but also living your life in alignment with physics, mind, language and inner self.
While in sukh asana (sitting posture) focus on how to uncover your deepest fears and roadblocks towards fulfilment, but first you need to identify, while doing this you should be doing pranayama breathing.
In addition, focus where possible on the 10 yoga principles, here are two for this week:
1. Ahimsa - kindness and compassion towards yourself and others in words, thoughts and actions.
2. Satya - truthfulness - living in integrity. Speaking your truth, being authentic. Not lying to yourself or others.
