WATCH: Dynamic duo dominate against Valleys Stars
NETBALL: Yaralla Falcons' Amy Harte and Sue Tulloch combined for the team's total score of 56 and the Falcon's its third successive premiership against Valleys Stars on Saturday night.
Harte shot 28 goals and Tulloch 18 as the goal-shooting pair were too experienced for a young Stars' outfit which could muster just 24.
The pair feasted on the slick delivery from grand final Most Valuable Player and Gladstone Netball Association Senior Player of the Year Melanie Dyball and a rock-solid defence led by the athletic Abbi Cooper.
Falcons began with authority and built on their leads at each break in a game that had a family rivalry flavour.
Sisters Samarah and Yasmin Belton represented Falcons and Stars respectively and were direct opponents in the third quarter.
But Samarah, 16, has family bragging rights over Yasmin, 18.
"I'm feeling pretty good actually, but a bit sore and three in a row now feels pretty good," Samarah said.
She said the banter between the siblings during the week was a bit "here and there".
"It was nerve-wracking getting out to play with especially such an amazing team and it was hard to live up to, but feels good."
Yasmin said her team fought it out.
"It was a good game and we just kept going and doing our best," she said.
Yasmin also joked that the best moment was when she collided with her sister who was knocked to the ground.
"The game will go on once we get home," she laughed post match.
