Trump goes Clinton over email usage
DONALD Trump has seized on a finding that Hillary Clinton broke US State Department rules in using a private server for her emails while Secretary of State.
Again describing his rival for the US presidency as "crooked", Mr Trump told a rally in Anaheim, California, things were getting so bad for Mrs Clinton the Democratic Party was considering using its presidential convention to dump her and recruit Vice-President Joe Biden as the nominee, ahead of Bernie Sanders.
"I hear they're going to actually slip Joe Biden in, and he's going to take Bernie's place," Mr Trump said.
US media reported the State Department Inspector General had concluded Mrs Clinton broke departmental rules by not storing records, failing to report attempted hacks of her server and sending sensitive information over her own devices.
Mrs Clinton has been ramping up the attacks on her divisive Republican rival, citing his statement in 2008 that he hoped a housing crash happened "because then people like me would go in and buy".
