Spice up the kitchen with South-East Asian cuisine workshops
MY DEAR readers, here are a few opportunities for you all to indulge in some great food, enjoy a vibrant performance and have a fantastic evening with a flow of fine wine, beers and other drinks.
Come and take part in cooking some beautiful dishes first.

Experience and be fascinated by a vibrant evening at the Gladstone Valley Indian Balti Restaurant, on Goondoon St, on Tuesday, July 30, from 6pm until late.
The evening will include traditional performances, glamorous alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and tasty recipes from across India, including soup, breads, rice dishes, chutneys, salads, sides, entrees and desserts, and much more to try.
Indian Balti Restaurant will be offering a special menu on the evening for $50 per person which will include six courses and some alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Bookings are absolutely essential.

Two South-East Asian cuisine workshops will be held during the Gladstone Multicultural Week at Gladstone Kirkwood Balti Restaurant on Tuesday, July 30, and Saturday, August 3, from 8.30-9.30am each day.
These hands-on workshops aim to familiarise interested participants with traditional Indian dishes.
If you have any specific dishes you would like to see being made, then let us know in advance
Participants will get to eat or take away the dishes, which include sides, entree, main, dessert and drinks, at a cost of $25 per person.
A maximum of 14 bookings will be taken per session and therefore, bookings are absolutely essential.
