RUSH HOUR: Hilarious response to creepy text
Hilarious response to creepy text
A guy has shared some of the strange and downright disturbing texts he received after he told his female friend to give his number out to men who refused to leave her alone.
Under the username Ashontez, he uploaded a series of texts he received from these guys to Imgur, revealing how quickly their attitudes changed when they realised they weren't speaking to a woman.
"I'm a dude, and one of my best friends keeps getting hit on by creepy dudes at the bar. She gave one dude her number to get him to go away and then just blocked it when he texted her," he wrote.
"Well, dude didn't like that and started harassing her friends (cops got involved, it wasn't pretty).
"Since then I've told her to give out my number to guys she doesn't want to talk to, if they press the issue after she says 'no'."
Some of these guys really can't take a hint, read the messages below from one of the guys who really took things too far.
6:35am Disturbing public bathroom warning
A mum has revealed her fears about black marks on baby changing tables in public loos - and why parents should always wipe them down before using.
Anyahh Bennett, from Nottingham, posted a picture of a changing table covered in dark stains to Facebook earlier this week.
She added a shocking warning to parents, claiming that the marks are from burnt spoons left by drug addicts who use the tables while shooting up.
She wrote in her post: "Before putting your babies anywhere near these things, ALWAYS wipe them down first.
"Even if you are in a hurry, even if you have a blanket to lay down.
"See the black marks? Those are from burnt spoons. Addicts use these as tables while they shoot up.
"There could be residue from heroin/meth whatever, and other harmful bodily fluids. If someone doesn't care about themselves, I can promise you, they aren't thinking about your kids. Be cautious."
She urged fellow mums to share the post, explaining that it could mean "the difference between life or death/serious life threatening injury, for a lot of innocent children and unsuspecting parents".
NSW woman kidnapped, thrown off bridge
A Sydney woman has survived a botched murder attempt after she was allegedly kidnapped and thrown off Windsor Bridge into the Hawkesbury River in the early hours of Sunday.
The 19-year-old woman told police she was put in the boot of a car and driven to the seven-metre-high bridge before a group of people threw her into the river.
She survived the fall and swam to the riverbank before alerting police.
It is alleged the victim was kidnapped on Saturday night in Campbelltown before being driven to Windsor, 60 kilometres away.
A girl, 17 and a woman, 19, presented themselves to local police and have since been refused bail on charges of attempted murder, aggravated kidnapping and other offences.
The girl is due to face a children's court on Thursday while the woman is expected to face Penrith Local Court on November 23.
Police are still inquiring whether two men were involved in the incident. A Holden Commodore found a home in Whalan has been seized.
