Riverstone Rise powers ahead at Boyne Island

WELCOME to where the streets have no name, yet.

The pristine Boyne river view will soon be Riverstone Rise's prime park precinct.

Riverstone Rise project director Grant Botica has also confirmed that stages four, six and seven are the next to be developed.

It's hard to believe that in just two years this area has boomed from what used to be cattle grounds, to house over 7500 residents.

The grand plan includes a school, medical and convenience centre to be built in the next five years as a central hub, essential for the family-oriented project.

Mr Botica said while the design looked good on paper he encouraged potential buyers to come and see how great it is for themselves.

"We've spent eight to 10 million dollars on parks and community embellishments to prove we mean what we say," he said.

A new display village is also confirmed, to be completed by the middle of next year.

After personally investigating the area and packages, there is something for every buyer's budget.

Blocks of land range in price from $160,000 up to $252,000 with a choice of house packages available from Devine, GJ Gardner Homes, Integrity and many more.

If duplexes are more to your liking, one set has already been built in the subdivision Lilyvale, but will be the start of many, depending on popularity.

The land area has already been sectioned off and benched (levelled) and is ready for potential buyers to build.

But for those newcomers who don't have time to wait, a couple of 'spec' homes are available for buying and living in immediately.
