Over the next nine days, new road material will be used to fill the Dawson Highway median strips back to the existing road surface level, and a new road surface will be laid at the area in front of Lions Park.

Drainage works will happen in front of McDonald's and Coles in the road reserve, as well as new storm water pipes being laid in the drainage area on the boundary of McDonald's and Lions Park.

Contractors will continue earthworks, sewer and stormwater pipe works in various areas across the site, and put in new electrical wires under Philip Street to the new bus stops.
