Online presence has added to SALTT fashion store
LYNETTE Morgan said the decision to launch an online store for SALTT clothing wasn't about the threat of other online stores taking away business, but trying to add to hers.
Mrs Morgan launched a website, and Facebook and Instagram accounts for her chain about 12 months ago, and says it now takes up a lot of her time.
"I probably spend 10 hours a week just getting orders online and processing those," she said.
Mrs Morgan said the online presence had added to her brick-and-mortar stores.
"I also get a lot of people who call up and say 'I've seen this on your online store, can you hold onto it for me until Saturday?'," Mrs Morgan said.
"When they come into the store to pick it up on the Saturday when they have a bit of time, they might see something else they like too."
