He’s a glad dad, he’s in it for his three kids
FATHER of three Paul Bolnfeld is this week's Monday Male.
A plumber by trade, Mr Bolnfeld is kept busy chasing after his three sons when he isn't at work.
"Most of my weekends are about spending time with the kids," he said.
"They're getting to the age now where they enjoy playing sports and kicking a soccer ball around."
Ten years ago at age 20, Mr Bolnfeld moved to Gladstone for work, and five years later he had a family.
"Gladstone has plenty of things to do for guys," he said.
"I have a good group of friends here, you go out in town and see a lot of familar faces."
The four Bolnfeld boys were among those who attended Dad's Day Out on Saturday, an event hosted by the PCYC.
Dad's Day Out was created as an opportunity for local fathers busy with work to spend quality time with their children.
Five-year-old Xavier, Kane, 3, and Jake, 2, made the most of the day playing in the ball pit.
The Clinton father said he imagined the challenge of having three boys would become easier as they got older.
"It's great, all of them get on pretty well at the moment," he said.
"In a few years, when they become teenagers, it will be a lot easier having boys, rather than girls."
