GPAC strikes a vital note at community carols evening

EVEN though they may not be centrestage during the GLNG Mayor's Carols by Candlelight, the Gladstone Performing Arts Company strikes a vital note in the event that draws thousands to the Gladstone Marina every year.

The group has about 40 members from the age of 16, and carols is their biggest performance for the year.

They will be joined on stage by performers from schools across the region.

The GLNG Mayor's Carols by Candlelight is on tonight, with pre-entertainment at 5.30pm and carols at 6.30pm.

Parking is available at the marina by gold-coin donation, and patrons are welcome to bring chairs for the evening.
