Gladstone Valleys have the confidence to win

RUGBY LEAGUE: Gladstone Valleys and Yeppoon Seagulls meet in what will be a tense preliminary final tomorrow afternoon in Rockhampton at 1.30pm.

Both Rockhampton Rugby League extended competition reserves teams enter the game confident they can get it done.

The winner will meet Rockhampton Brothers in next Saturday's grand final.

Valleys finished the minor round in third place behind minor premiers Brothers and the Seagulls, but pipped the latter 32-30 in the qualifying final to earn the right for two bites at the grand final cherry.

Brothers won direct entry last weekend with a 50-24 win against Valleys.

Meanwhile either Wallabys or Tannum Seagals will fly the Gladstone flag in the women's league preliminary final today at Albion Park at 2.30pm. The winner is to meet Rockhampton Brothers next Saturday.
