Real estate agent says now is the time to invest locally

BUYERS and investors are urged to make the most of current property prices in the Gladstone region.

Now is the ideal time to buy, according to Gladstone Re/max Gold licensed real estate agent Jock Gaughan.

Mr Gaughan said the Gladstone market had dipped substantially over the past six or seven months.

"I think there has never been a better time to buy real estate or start looking at your options to make some steps to do so," he said.

Tenheggeler Homes builder Greta Tenheggeler said it was the best time for buyers to invest, as well as owner occupiers to build their new home.

"The competitive deals being put together from developers are unbeatable and a great incentive to start looking around locally," she said.
