Evening will demystify process for first home buyers
AFTER popular demand from last year's event, Ray White Gladstone are bringing back the first home buyers information evening.
Held at The Grant Hotel on April 3 at 6.30pm, the evening will help to reduce the uncertainty of those looking to purchase and demystify the buying process.
The team at Ray White Gladstone will also educate the public on the market.
With prices in Gladstone stabilising at a more affordable level, first home buyers (FHB) are becoming more prominent.
Ray White Gladstone property specialist Emma Grant said the current FHB's are the largest batch Ray White has seen since market prices have corrected themselves.
We have experts from finance, building and solicitors to go through step by step what happens, when it happens and why it happens.
Ms Grant said the information evening will be beneficial to those who are unsure of the process.
"After walking away from the evening, we hope that when attendees come to purchase their first home they have full understanding and knowledge to go through it confidentially and with ease," she said.
Ms Grant said it's not uncommon for couples or single people to get stressed about buying a house.
"Most FHB's purely lack understanding and are left wondering if they made the right move," she said.
"We have experts from finance, building and solicitors to go through step by step what happens, when it happens and why it happens."
In October 2013 the event was fully booked with 30 attendees, even though it was a trial.
Ray White Gladstone is aiming to run the event one-two times a year based on the success.
Topics for the information evening will include how to better qualify for a loan, researching to get the right price, market place knowledge, warnings signs in properties, contacts and legal requirements and government grants.
Bookings are essential as seating is limited.
