Dad calls out store for being sexist against fathers

A SINGLE dad has sparked furious reactions after criticising a UK supermarket's mother and baby section of its online store as "sexist".

Dave Darby took to Superdrug's Facebook page to voice his outrage at not having a "father and baby" section as well, a move that he feels it is "derogatory" towards dads.

The post was mocked online, with a number of people pointing out that the products are made specifically for women.

"Unless men are going to start needing nipple cream, maternity pads or breast pads anytime soon? It's nothing against men it's the products they are selling are for mothers and babies? What could u possibly sell for men in that section," one user commented.

"I'd understand if it was for changing facilities, but again its for products for Mothers, which a dad wouldn't need," someone else said.

Another user just cut right to the chase, writing "Dave don't be such a little wuss".

But it appears that Superdrug is going to take Mr Darby's advice on board, after informing him that they have an "update planned for this area of the website in February that will be more inclusive".
