Beecher provides plenty of room for families close to CBD

BEECHER is beginning to look like the new, popular, out-of-town hub of living.

With beautiful, scenic rural living, the area boasts open space about 20 minutes from the Gladstone CBD.

Gladstone LJ Hooker principal Mark Spearing said the outlining suburbs are generating a lot of interest.

"There are so many 600 to 700sqm blocks hitting the market but not comparatively those one acre blocks," he said.

"Beecher, being close to town, has filled that void."

Mr Spearing said the lifestyle the area provides is semi rural living with plenty of room for families to store belongings such as boats and caravans.

"It's just a great area," he summed up.

According to Australian Property Monitors (APM) Property Data there are currently six properties available for sale in the Beecher area.

These range from a three bedroom, one bathroom to a seven bedroom, three bathroom house.

APM also lists 13 land properties vacant for sale.

Land prices range from $250,000 to $465,000 for a beautiful block of land situated on 45576sqm.

The $465,000 land is located at 14 Ambrose La, Beecher, according to APM Property Data.
