Audience leaves comedian Ross Noble speechless
COMEDIAN Ross Noble got more than he bargained for last night during his show in Gladstone.
Not only did Noble put up with audience members who walked in late to the Gladstone Entertainment Convention Centre, he also dealt with several troublesome ones - and they quickly became the butt of most of his jokes.
There was the man who fell asleep during the show - Noble ran into the audience to wake him up (as pictured).
And an apparently intoxicated woman told him "some of us here want to kill you" when he was mocking the "Jesus weekend".
The crowd jumped to Noble's defence but he retaliated with laughter, telling her she should try the "12 steps program".
He joked that everyone was trying to get their fill of alcohol before today's public holiday when bottle shops are closed.
The majority of the show went well and presumably according to the hilarious script.
Those who remember the show when they wake up will know it was a hit.
