Attention to detail gives Forest Springs the advantage

WALKER Corporation has announced the appointment of Eileen Woodward as its project sales manager at the Forest Springs residential neighbourhood on Dixon Dr.

Eileen is considered a Gladstone local having moved to the region 35 years ago from Ipswich, and has spent the past 14 years working in local real estate for a number of developers and agents.

"I am very excited to be able to join the Forest Springs team. It's little wonder it is known as a premium project as it has so much going for it including its central location, ready-to-build-on large flat blocks and amazing amenities," she said.

"The ability to live just a few metres to the onsite Woolworths shopping centre retail precinct which is Gladstone's newest shopping centre is a massive selling feature.

"I have kept an eye on Forest Springs for quite some time and the attention to detail that Walkers have put into the project is another reason why it has such a strong competitive advantage over its peers.

"The landscaping, parks and playgrounds and walkways which enables parents to push prams or children to ride bikes is a wonderful asset for the local community.

"I look forward to seeing families stroll over to the shops on the weekends enabling them to leave their cars at home and enjoy what we have created."

Eileen's appointment coincides with the recent opening of the Forest Springs sales office which is now open seven days a week from 11am-5pm.

"It's great to have an onsite office where we can personally meet all our clients and show them the sales plans, discuss possible house-and-land packages and physically take them to the block so they can see its aspect and proximity to the amenity."

Eileen said interest was now being taken for the Grevillea stage 3 land release which boasts flat residential blocks ranging from 600sq m-890sq m including frontages ranging from 18m-30m.

Prices start at $248,000 (average price $265,000) and house-and-land packages begin at $527,000.

"Many lots will have an easterly outlook to the beautiful natural waterway Police Creek which will include a park with wonderful landscaped play areas and playground facilities or to the well-landscaped reserve to the west as well as an easy walk to the new Woolworths," Eileen said.

For more information please visit the new Forest Springs sales office on the corner of Dixon Dr and Kirkwood Rd, between 11am and 5pm daily or call Eileen on 0419 497 822 or 1800 WALKER.
